the Richmond Coliseum — 601 East Leigh Street Richmond, Virginia, or its alternate site, starting at 2:00 PM local time on Friday May
17, 2013 [No voting for candidates for the office of Governor, Lt. Governor or Attorney General will be conducted prior to 12:00PM local
time on Saturday May 18, 2013]

As Chairman of the Lancaster County Committee of the Republican Party, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Joan Blackstone, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at White Stone Event Center, Chesapeake Drive, White Stone, VA, 22578, starting at 7:00 PM local time, doors opening at 6:15 PM, on April 16 2013, local time, for the following purpose:

Electing up to one hundred and thirty-five (135) Delegates and an equal number of Alternates to the Republican Party of Virginia State Convention to be held at the Richmond Coliseum — 601 East Leigh Street Richmond, Virginia, or its alternate site, starting at 2:00 PM local time on Friday May 17, 2013 (No voting for candidates for the office of Governor, Lt. Governor or Attorney General will be conducted prior to 12:00 PM. local time on Saturday May 18, 2013)

Scott Tucker, do hereby issue this call for a County Convention to be held at Hanover Baptist Church Fellowship Hall 10312 Hanover Church Rd., King George, VA 22485, on May 9th, 2013 at 7:00 pm, registration beginning at 5:45 pm and ending promptly at 6:45 pm local time.
